UK needs to prepare for Climate change urge advisers

UK needs to prepare itself rapidly to deal with the impacts of climate change. The report terminates that the impacts of climate change already being felt in the UK, people must start preparing now.

Town and Country Planning Association concludes that extreme weather events such as floods, heat waves and droughts will become more frequent. "A wake- up call. It recognises that there is no part of our society which is immune from the effects of climate change. Which means that every part of our society must think about its resilience," said Caroline Spelman. The UK's average temperature has already risen by 1C since the 1970s.
